Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their manufacturing client on-site in Falmouth, ME. In this role we are seeking someone with experience in the manufacturing industry, supporting the following:
Payroll operations, Timesheet management, onboarding, and ADP work. This role requires a seasoned HR professional, without an aversion to working on the floor to assist with effective communication in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Timesheets, On-boarding and associated CRM and ERP systems. (ADP, Factory Track, Ect)
- Extensive knowledge of FMLA, disability, and OSHA requirements.
- Experience hosting trainings revolving safety, management, and other common trainings.
- Extensive HRIS experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Temp and FTE labor
Strong overtime and workers comp knowledge
HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR)
