Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Precast Concrete Foreman for one of our clients providing comprehensive wastewater solutions. This individual will oversee daily operations for a team producing precast sewer treatment tanks and related components. The foreman will lead laborers on-site, ensure quality standards are met, and support production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in precast concrete or related construction environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the precast concrete industry or similar construction/manufacturing environment
- Previous experience leading or supervising labor crews
- Ability to enforce quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working with hand tools and general construction equipment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of precast concrete processes, including mold setup and breakdown, pouring, finishing, and stripping concrete products
