Job Description
The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting high‑volume recruiting efforts in a fast‑paced environment. This individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage a large number of open requisitions, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and keep hiring processes moving quickly and compliantly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and energized by recruiting at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or high‑volume staffing environments
- Proven ability to thrive in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting situations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working in an ATS and HR systems (Workday, ADP, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset when working with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
