Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a leading insurance client. This individual will play a critical role within the claims product team, helping to mentor a growing group of Business Analysts while establishing standardized processes and documentation. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of hands-on BA expertise and leadership ability, working closely with stakeholders and executives to define requirements and improve workflows. This role involves evaluating current practices, implementing structured methodologies, and building out a BA playbook to support long-term team success. Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching and development are essential for success in this position

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–4+ years of Business Analyst/Product Owner experience
• Ability to interact with executives and key stakeholders
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and training junior BAs
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience creating and standardizing user stories and documentation
• Experience working with requirement repositories/tools (Jama or similar preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Insurance industry experience (especially claims)
• Familiarity with legacy tools like Quality Center
Experience building BA playbooks or standardizing processes
