Job Description

An employer is seeking a QC Documentation Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Erlanger, KY. This role supports supplier quality compliance by requesting, tracking, reviewing, and maintaining documentation for raw materials used within the business.
Responsibilities include sending documentation requests to vendors, following up on missing or expired records, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, maintaining document databases, and organizing files according to established procedures. The coordinator will also track outstanding requests, escalate overdue items as needed, and collaborate with quality, procurement, and supplier partners to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize changing workloads and manage multiple requests

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Quality, food safety, or supplier documentation experience
Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
Knowledge of document control or compliance processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
