Title: Staff Registered Nurse (Emergency Department)
Location: Topeka, KS (Saint Francis Health System)
Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Openings: 5
Employment Type: Direct Hire - 20% placement fee
Compensation: Compensation is based on years of RN experience and applicable healthcare experience. Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 (must be 75+ miles)
• New RN / No Experience: Starting at $32.50/hr
• Midpoint (Approximately 10 Years RN Experience): $42.25/hr
• Max Rate (Up to 25 Years Experience): $52.00/hr
Experience Conversion Guidelines:
• Up to 10 years of LPN, EMT, or Paramedic experience may be considered
○ Every 2 years = 1 year of RN experience credit
• CNA experience may be considered
○ Every 4 years = 1 year of RN experience credit

Overview
Insight Global is seeking five Staff Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department at a health system in Topeka, KS for the night shift. The Staff RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments and triage, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, providing patient and family education, documenting care within the EMR, and responding quickly to emergent situations. Nurses will care for patients across a wide range of acuity levels and play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient patient care and throughput within the Emergency Department.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• Active RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Emergency Department experience
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
Experience working in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center
