Job Description
Lead mission-critical construction projects across multiple campuses from site prep through commissioning. Responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards. Requires strong critical facility construction expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead mission-critical construction projects from design through commissioning.
-Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and executive reporting
-Oversee multiple active campuses and coordinate contractors, inspectors, and resources.
-Ensure safety, site logistics, and construction progress meet project goals.
-Enforce quality standards across all construction disciplines.
-Lead commissioning, system testing, punch-list completion, and project turnover
-Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and contractor payments.
-Identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
-Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, utilities, authorities, and internal teams.
-Ensure alignment between construction milestones and operational deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
-8+ years of construction management experience
-Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $250M+
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
-Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Build, P6, and/or MS Project
-Knowledge of NEC, ASHRAE, TIA-942, and Uptime standards
-OSHA 30 certification
