Job Description

My client is seeking a motivated, entry-level Associate Fabricator to join their growing fabrication lab in Lenexa, KS. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a long-term career in fabrication while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team. The role offers clear growth potential, incremental pay increases, and a contract-to-hire path. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as this position works closely with lead technicians and cross-functional team members

Required Skills & Experience

-1–2 years of experience in a hands-on, trade, manufacturing, or lab-based environment (fabrication, construction, automotive, dental lab, or similar fields a plus)
-1–2+ years of experience working with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment in any professional or vocational capacity
--Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions in a technical or production setting
-Willingness to learn, orthotic and prosthetic fabrication concepts
-Proven track record of reliability and accountability in a professional or vocational setting
-Effective verbal and written communication skills sufficient to receive direction, ask clarifying questions, and report progress to team leads
