Insight Global is seeking an Office Manager oversees the daily operations of an organization’s workspace, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, efficient communication, and a well‑supported team. This role acts as the central coordination point for facilities, vendors, scheduling, and internal processes. A strong Office Manager maintains an organized, productive environment while anticipating operational needs and solving problems before they escalate. They often serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, representing the company with professionalism and reliability.
This is a 4 month contract with an hourly pay rate ranging from $25.00 up to $28.00

Required Skills & Experience
- Office Administration — Managing day‑to‑day office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Calendar Coordination — Scheduling meetings, managing executive calendars, and supporting teams.
- Budget Tracking — Monitoring office expenses, processing invoices, and supporting basic financial administration.
- HR Support — Assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Technology Proficiency — Using office software (Microsoft 365, scheduling tools, communication platforms).
- Customer Service — Greeting visitors, managing front‑desk duties, and supporting internal and external inquiries.
