Pay Rate

Job Description

Supports a hybrid media engineering environment with a focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and application reliability across AWS and on-prem systems
Works within an SRE/DevOps model to maintain, migrate, and modernize infrastructure at scale

Migrate existing custom Terraform implementations into Terraform Enterprise, establishing standardized, scalable infrastructure practices
Build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
Support and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments spanning 400–500 servers, including Linux-based systems
Partner with application support teams to troubleshoot production issues, with a strong focus on networking (TCP/UDP, latency, connectivity) and system performance
Provide L1-level storage and infrastructure troubleshooting, including I/O and system bottlenecks
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments (Terraform pipelines)
Develop automation and tooling in Python to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
Integrate observability and monitoring solutions (e.g., Datadog), leveraging telemetry and AI-driven insights
Deploy and support automation agents for self-healing and operational workflows
Support data pipelines that feed operational and system data into centralized AI/analytics platforms
Contribute to ongoing cloud strategy across AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary)

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps environments
Strong experience with Terraform (including enterprise-scale implementations) and CloudFormation
Hands-on experience with AWS and hybrid/on-prem environments; exposure to Azure is a plus
Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/UDP protocols, routing, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting Linux-based systems in production environments
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible
Experience with monitoring/observability platforms (e.g., Datadog)
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
Experience working in SRE or DevOps operating models

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to AI-driven operations, automation agents, or AIOps tooling
Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability environments
Background in media, streaming, or high-throughput application environments
