Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a leading enterprise team supporting and enhancing their Oracle Cloud environment. This individual will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting multiple HCM modules, with a strong focus on driving business process improvements and ensuring system stability.
This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support ongoing enhancements and releases within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
Support Payroll processes and payroll integrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and as-is/to-be process design
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across HCM modules
Conduct impact assessments for quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and support regression testing
Partner with cross-functional teams and act as the functional SME for HCM initiatives
Work directly with Oracle Support to resolve complex system issues
Drive continuous improvements in system functionality and user experience

Required Skills & Experience

7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or managed services
Strong hands-on experience across Core HR and additional HCM modules (Absence, Comp, Recruiting, Onboarding)
Proven experience with payroll processes and integrations
Expertise in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional configuration
Experience with testing, issue resolution, and production support
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to Oracle Financials modules
Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates/releases
Background working in large enterprise environments
