Job Description

The OMS platform has expanded significantly in scope, with multiple retailers already onboarded and additional brands being added. The team currently has limited on-site/daytime support coverage, and they need a technically strong lead who can help absorb some of the existing workload, support platform growth, and improve the efficiency of the RUN support model.
This person will work closely with key team members, and will help take on some of the day-to-day technical troubleshooting and platform support responsibilities currently handled by a small team. The goal is to move away from reactive, manual support and toward a more scalable, automated, and self-healing support model.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
