Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join a global agricultural inputs company on a 12 month contract (with extensions). This role will sit in Calgary, Alberta with 3 days per week in office. You will be ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful deployment of digital supply chain capabilities across North America. This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, IT, Data, and external vendors to validate solutions against real-world needs and drive outcomes in safety, service, cost, and productivity. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in test strategy, defect management, system validation, and QA governance, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- QA Strategy & Governance - Define and execute end-to-end QA strategy, governance frameworks, and standardized practices.
- Test Planning & Design - Develop risk-based test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure validation of requirements.
- System Integration & End-to-End Validation - Validate cross-platform integrations and end-to-end workflows.
- Data Quality & Validation - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Defect Management & Resolution - Lead end-to-end defect lifecycle management, including triage, root cause analysis, and trend reporting.
- SIT, UAT & Release Validation - Lead SIT and UAT cycles to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Field & Operational Validation - Validate solutions in real-world operational environments.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement - Drive test automation and continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Deployment Support & Hypercare - Support deployment and hypercare by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and incorporating field feedback into ongoing improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing in enterprise environments with large data sets
- Strong experience with SIT/UAT execution and defect management
- Strong understanding of system integration and enterprise platforms
- ERP experience, SAP S/4 preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, large dataset reconciliation, pivot tables, formulas, v-look up, pivot tables)
- Test automation tool and framework experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in supply chain, logistics or industrial environments
- Experience in agriculture, bulk materials, chemicals or industrial distribution
- Exposure to telematics, IoT, routing, PoD or fleet management platforms (Samsara)
- Familiarity with OEM ecosystems (John Deere Operations Center)
- Experience supporting large scale digital programs
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery models
