Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Specialist (APM) to support a high-volume, multi-site interior refresh program for a national client. This role partners closely with an assigned Project Manager, serving as the operational backbone of the program by owning project coordination, documentation, budget tracking, and day-to-day communication across multiple stakeholders. Projects are fast-paced, light-scope interior refreshes completed in active locations, often on accelerated timelines, requiring exceptional organization, urgency, and attention to detail. The Project Specialist will regularly interface with clients, General Contractors, landlords, and internal teams, ensuring schedules, financials, and project milestones are accurately tracked and communicated. The ideal candidate has experience supporting retail or restaurant refresh programs, thrives in a dynamic environment with frequent meetings and shifting priorities, and is comfortable working independently with minimal oversight while managing a large volume of concurrent projects. Day to day responsibilities include:
• Partner closely with an assigned Project Manager to support multiple fast-moving interior refresh projects across active locations
• Participate in frequent client and internal meetings, project kickoff calls, and coordination calls with General Contractors and landlords
• Track schedules, budgets, documentation, and project updates across multiple platforms while maintaining tight timelines
