Job Description
One of Insight Global's legal clients is looking for an energetic and detail oriented full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our group of professionals who will be responsible for administrative support with personal injury cases in State and Federal Courts in their Dover, NH office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ administrative assistant experience, in a corporate setting. To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, in addition to working independently.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Preparing general legal correspondence
Assisting with administrative duties and document management
Utilizing communication skills via email and phone
Preparing and organizing documents
Management of and organization of files
Schedule appointments/calendar court dates and deadline

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant in a corporate setting.
Preferred industries: legal, finance, banking, healthcare, corporate operations.
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience scheduling meetings or appointments.
Must have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and prioritize.
Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Filevine, SharePoint, scanning and maintaining electronic files is a plus.
