Job Description
The Sales Program Manager will support the day-to-day effectiveness of the sales organization by bringing structure, enablement, visibility, and consistency across core sales processes. This person will serve as a central resource for the team—helping reps navigate tools, processes, product updates, and next steps—while also identifying gaps in current workflows, tracking, and performance visibility. On a daily basis, they’ll monitor key sales and pipeline metrics, support reporting and performance tracking, and help ensure leadership has a clear view into activity and outcomes across the team.
This role will also partner cross-functionally with sales leadership, enablement, operations, and product teams to organize and scale sales plays, support product rollouts and recap communications, and improve how information is shared across the organization. A big part of the role will be building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base of information, resources, and process documentation so reps can work more efficiently and consistently. The ideal person is comfortable owning projects end-to-end, jumping into process gaps as they arise, and operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where not everything is fully built yet.
