Job Description

• Review, analyze, and negotiate complex indirect procurement contracts
• Evaluate vendor agreements for utilization, compliance risk, and financial obligations
• Assess contract usage across multiple business units
• Develop strategies for contract allocation, separation, or optimization to support M&A and restructuring
• Lead vendor negotiations to improve commercial terms and mitigate risk
• Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to align procurement strategy with business objectives
• Prepare executive level analyses, presentations, and recommendations
• Support procurement leadership with strategic initiatives (non transactional role)

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7–10+ years of procurement experience with a strong focus on Indirect Procurement
• Deep experience reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating complex indirect contracts
• Strong contract strategy, vendor negotiation, and risk assessment background
• Experience partnering cross functionally with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Executive leadership
• Proven financial and analytical skills with the ability to assess contractual and financial risk
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• MBA
• Experience supporting M&A, divestitures, or corporate restructuring initiatives
• Large scale vendor and contract portfolio management experience
• Background preparing executive level recommendations related to procurement strategy
