Job Description
This Technical Project Manager role is a mid‑senior level, 6–7-month contract focused on supporting HR and Workplaces technology initiatives, with equal emphasis on delivering a ServiceNow integration and managing demand intake and prioritization. The position requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution across multiple teams and vendors, ensure accountability to timelines, and build scalable processes, including change management plans and a sustainable post‑go‑live operating model. In parallel, the PM will establish structured governance for incoming work, run backlog prioritization, and improve the quality and clarity of project requests, ensuring alignment with business value and capacity. Overall, the role is centered on delivering a successful system integration while creating long-term, repeatable processes that enhance visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across HR and Workplaces functions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow integration, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
• Drive accountability across internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners
• Build and execute change management plans, including communications and post-go-live operating model
• Establish processes for support, issue resolution, and system maintenance
• Manage budget visibility across licensing and resourcing
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions
• Run backlog prioritization and demand intake forums for HR/Workplaces
• Shape incoming requests into clearly defined, valuable, and scoped initiatives
Build and maintain governance models for intake, prioritization, and delivery visibility

Required Skills & Experience
· 5–10+ years in technical project/program management
· Experience delivering system integrations (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
· Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple teams and vendors
· Strong track record of holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables
· Experience in change management and operating model (WoW) design
· Experience standing up intake and governance models from scratch
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• ServiceNow (strongly preferred)
• CBRE IFM Hub / facilities management systems
• HR systems and workflows
- Automation / AI / workflow-driven platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in technical project or program management (mid to senior level)
