Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Project Manager to lead a large-scale Epic Rover deployment aligned with a 14,000+ iPhone rollout. This role will drive MDM implementation, device procurement (iPhone 17s), kitting, asset tagging, and onsite deployment coordination across multiple locations. The PM will partner with a third-party vendor handling kitting while owning delivery, scheduling, and execution on the client side. Candidates must have experience with enterprise mobile rollouts, Epic environments (Rover), and managing complex, multi-site deployments. Strong coordination across technical teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders is critical. Local presence is required to assess environments and ensure smooth deployment ahead of device distribution (March/April 2027) and Epic go-live (July 2027).

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager on Epic implementations (Rover)
Hands-on experience with large-scale mobile device deployments
Experience managing enterprise deployments of 10K+ devices
Strong understanding of device lifecycle (procurement, kitting, asset tagging, deployment)
Ability to coordinate across vendors, internal IT teams, and operational/clinical stakeholders
Strong communication and organizational skills in a complex, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare experience
Experience with iPhone / Apple ecosystem deployments
Familiarity with leading MDM platforms (ex., VMware, Intune, etc.)
Experience supporting Epic go-lives or other large-scale system implementations
Familiarity with device security, compliance, and healthcare IT standards
