Job Description
Our client is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead inbound transportation operations for defined product categories while driving continuous improvement across logistics, business analytics, and project management related to transportation budgets and product flow/allocations. This person will support operational and financial SOPs across 3PL, redistribution, and temperature monitoring programs, with a strong focus on financial standards and day-to-day management of logistics partners. On a daily basis, they will oversee execution of a ~$100M logistics budget, ensure operational standards and on-time performance, manage supply lane and MOQ compliance, and support transportation exceptions, expedites, and freight claims with 3PL partners. They will also contribute to procurement and bid processes, provide analytical support for supply chain initiatives, assist with network analysis and optimization using tools like Palantir, and support budgeting processes including accrual management to ensure financial accuracy and balance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a logistics or analytics role (logistics experience preferred)
• Strong experience with data, analytics, and visualization tools
• Professional, polished demeanor with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Palantir or similar network optimization tools
• Strategic mindset with experience supporting decision-making or process improvements
• Background in food service, supply chain, logistics, or brokerage environments
