Job Description

We are seeking an Ivanti Specialist to join a remote, 6 month engagement.
• Design, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize workflows through automation and system integrations.
• Manage and support deployments across staging and production environments.
• Ensure proper documentation and change tracking, especially during platform upgrades.
• Implement and manage ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Maintain integration between Ivanti and other enterprise systems to enhance service delivery.
• Administer platform security, including user roles, access controls, and permissions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Ivanti platform.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Endpoint Management (EPM).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in workflow automation and IT process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and automation.
• Clear communication skills and documentation discipline.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, user profile management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Experience integrating Ivanti with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
