Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead fraud product strategy across a leading bank in downtown Toronto. This role is focused on identifying gaps in fraud capabilities, staying ahead of fraud trends, and delivering solutions that reduce fraud while minimizing customer friction. This is a senior-level role stepping in during a transition period and will own direction across multiple teams and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the fraud product roadmap across payments/money movement
• Identify gaps in current fraud capabilities and recommend solutions
• Stay on top of emerging fraud trends and bring new ideas/tools to the team
• Lead initiatives across:
○ Account takeover prevention
○ Application / synthetic fraud
○ Payment fraud (e.g., Interac, real-time payments)
• Support major integration work (e.g., platform merger):
○ Assess fraud capabilities across both sides
○ Decide whether to adopt, merge, or build new capabilities
• Partner with:
○ Internal fraud teams
○ Engineering teams
○ External vendors
• Evaluate and implement fraud tools and vendor solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in banking/financial services
• Strong experience in fraud, payments, or money movement
• Deep understanding of fraud types (account takeover, synthetic fraud, payment fraud)
• Experience working with agile teams and delivering complex initiatives
• Ability to bridge business and technology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with fraud tools (e.g., FICO, ThreatMetrix, TSYS)
• Experience with vendor-led fraud solutions (e.g., Mastercard)
• Exposure to platform integration or transformation initiatives
