Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst for a top pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This individual will play a key role in supporting and standing up a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The analyst will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting site infrastructure across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams. This is a hands-on role in a highly regulated GMP environment, offering the opportunity to work with advanced, highly automated systems while supporting a critical expansion focused on safety, quality, and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
• 5+ years of experience in an IT or infrastructure-related role
• Strong problem identification and root-cause resolution skills
• Experience supporting IT-managed workstations and site infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments
• Experience installing and configuring workstation hardware, peripherals, and software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• GMP knowledge or formal GMP training
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity practices and assessments
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Citrix, VDI, and iGel technologies
• Experience supporting process automation systems infrastructure
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards
