Job Description
Ensure accuracy and completeness of general accounts and internal financial controls
Manage the financial accounting system (NetSuite primary)
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reporting cycles
Manage the full audit process including IRS 990 and financial statements
Cash management and risk management
Investor relations reporting and investment portfolio management
Ensure adherence to FASB Accounting Standards
Support CFO/CEO with preparation of monthly and annual financial plans and budgets
Approve and release payroll batch and support 401k administration
Support HR function and office management as needed

Required Skills & Experience
CPA required
7+ years of experience in accounting and finance
2+ years in a Controller or similar senior accounting role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Big 4 accounting experience
Financial services background
Nonprofit or CDFI experience
