Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter supporting R&D and Engineering, you will own full-cycle recruitment for complex technical roles while acting as a strategic advisor to engineering and product leadership. This role goes beyond execution—you will influence hiring strategy, help define skills-based success profiles, and raise the overall bar for technical talent across the organization.
You will play a key role in shaping recruiting programs, improving interview processes, and ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders to solve complex hiring challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years recruiting (4+ years technical at a global tech company)
-Proven success hiring Software Engineers, ML/AI, TPM, Eng Leadership
-Strong passive sourcing + pipeline building (not inbound-driven)
-Experience influencing technical stakeholders & hiring decisions
-Ability to close complex offers (equity, global constraints)
-Strong data-driven mindset (market insights, funnel analytics)
-Experience improving process, hiring quality, and recruiting workflows
-Comfortable using ATS, CRM tools, and AI recruiting platforms

Day-to-Day Responsibilities & Time Allocation
Own full-cycle recruiting for complex R&D / engineering roles
Act as a strategic talent advisor to Engineering & Product leadership
Use market intelligence + data to influence hiring strategy (leveling, location, etc.)
Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for hard-to-fill roles
Design and improve interview processes + hiring frameworks
Drive a high-quality candidate experience end-to-end
Help scale recruiting programs and raise the technical talent bar
