Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Next Gen Systems Engineer to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will support the Lead Project Office that serves as a key integrator across the DOW, DOE, and various other stakeholders of entities being integrated into the re-entry vehicle being delivered. This individual will be the primary requirements producer for next generation capability designs across the primary program office and its various prime contractors. Within the delivery of this design, they will be responsible for the delivery of technical requirements with clear end-to-end traceability and documented rationale for the re-entry vehicle to provide to the LPO and DOE for further integration of the warhead.
Pay Range: $60-80/hr
Pay range based on applicable experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves: 7-12+ years of experience within the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)
-Experience within Systems Engineering within Re-entry Vehicles, ICBM's, or Missile Defense
-Led requirements definition with end-to-end traceability and documented rationale across multiple engineering disciplines
-Experience with integrated requirements into existing acquisition lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables with system engineering principles
-Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams to drive alignment on a clear path forward
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
-Active Secret Clearance + TS and SAP eligible
-Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
- Any ICBM or RS/RV experience
- Any MBSE or Digital Engineering experience (DOORS, CAMEO, SysML, etc.)
- Experience with DOE or any National Laboratory (Energy or Nuclear)
- Master's Degree
- Active TS or TSSCI Clearance
- Previous SAP Clearance
