Job Description

The Owned Platforms Data & Analytics Manager will serve as a key technical and operational partner responsible for supporting the development, activation, and operationalization of first-party consumer data across owned and paid digital ecosystems.

This role will focus on building and activating first-party audiences within Adobe platforms for off-platform media activation, audience strategy enablement, CRM activation, and performance measurement. In addition to hands-on audience and activation work, this individual will play a critical role in driving operational execution across rapidly growing consumer data initiatives — helping coordinate workflows, maintain operational rigor, and support cross-functional execution across media, analytics, MarTech, agency, and data partner teams.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. This person should be able to independently drive work forward, troubleshoot issues, organize complex initiatives, and help create scalable operational structure across a dynamic and evolving consumer data ecosystem.

This contractor will act as a bridge between data, media, marketing, and technology — turning complex data operations into actionable activation, measurable business outcomes, and scalable execution.

Compensation:
$60/hr to $65/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
