Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a power PCO to support a large Cloud Engineering organization. This individual will embed within a fast-paced technical delivery team, providing project coordination, governance support, and administrative oversight across multiple concurrent cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a large financial institution environment, navigating cross-functional stakeholders, and translating technical progress into clear executive reporting. They will be comfortable with 1-2 days on site.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years in a PCO, Project Coordinator, or PMO Analyst role — financial services or banking experience strongly preferred
∙ Exposure to cloud or infrastructure programs (AWS familiarity a strong asset)
∙ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project
∙ Strong written communication — ability to produce clean minutes, status reports, and exec-ready materials
∙ Comfortable working within a large enterprise PMO framework with structured governance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior CIBC, Big 5, or Tier 1 bank experience
∙ Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery environments
∙ Experience supporting Cloud or large-scale infrastructure migration programs
