Insight Global is looking for an Execution Engineer in Warren, MI. The Lead LMS Execution Engineer is responsible for defining, leading, and delivering material flow strategies for Global Propulsions Systems New & Major programs. This role owns the end-to-end design and implementation of automated material storage and movement systems, including automated storage and movement using ASRS and AME solutions, ensuring alignment with program requirements, plant constraints, and operational efficiency targets. This position defines and leads efficient, scalable, and automated material flow solutions that support successful program launches and ongoing operational excellence across manufacturing sites. This position plays a critical role in establishing optimized plant layouts, aisle networks, and material flow strategies that enable efficient operations, scalability, and successful program launches.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering field
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment, supporting production operations
• Proven experience supporting the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of material handling and/or automation systems
• Strong program and project management skills, including experience managing OEMs, tracking timelines, resolving issues, and overseeing budgets
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering complex manufacturing or capital projects
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills using structured methodologies (e.g., Red X, 7 Diamond, DMAIC)
• Working knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, material flow simulation tools, and manufacturing systems/automation controls
