Insight Global is looking for an Execution Engineer in Tonawanda, New York. The Execution Engineer will be responsible for supporting the installation of automation across the plant floor in supporting optimization efforts. This person must have strong industrial engineering experience, as well as the ability to implement and lead an install and project. This person will also need to have experience in creating plant floor layouts. As a Launch Execution Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of launch operations for our cutting-edge aerospace projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely launches, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience working within automotive industry in manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with crankshaft manufacturing processes
- Experience with balancing rotating components/assemblies
- Strong understanding of reciprocating and rotating mechanisms
- Experience with grinding and polishing of precision components
- Proficiency operating turning equipment (manual or automated)
- Experience with CNC lathes (set-up, operation, and/or programming)
