Key Responsibilities
Support the development of creative concepts and visual directions aligned to brand storytelling and seasonal initiatives
Contribute to ideation and help translate strategic briefs into compelling, consumer-driven creative work
Assist in building presentations, moodboards, and materials that bring concepts to life and support internal alignment
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand the strategic vision and help distill it into clear, actionable creative direction
Collaborate on photoshoot planning and execution, including:
Supporting art direction on set
Developing HMU (Hair, Makeup, Styling) briefs
Assisting with moodboards, shot lists, and visual references
Work alongside internal and external creative partners to ensure work delivers against the brief and maintains a high creative standard
Help drive alignment across creative, production, and operational teams throughout concepting and execution
Contribute to projects across a mix of channels, ensuring ideas translate effectively across both physical and digital touchpoints
Support partnerships with external agencies in a collaborative, inclusive, and solutions-oriented manner
Work closely with Operations and Production to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in art direction, creative, or brand design roles
Portfolio demonstrating:
Concept development and campaign thinking
Visual storytelling (not just execution)
Exposure to photoshoots, styling, or content creation
Familiarity with the photoshoot pipeline (pre-production, shoot, post-production)
Experience or exposure to HMU (Hair, Makeup, Styling) briefing and direction
Strong understanding of brand, composition, and visual storytelling principles
Ability to think conceptually while also supporting executional needs
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment
