Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in OT Cybersecurity to support global environments that include industrial control systems and physical infrastructure. This role blends hands-on technical cybersecurity work with program coordination and focuses on OT rather than traditional IT security.
The individual will own cybersecurity audits, drive remediation plans to closure, and write and refine cybersecurity policies. They will help evaluate and deploy security tools, support proof-of-concepts, and coordinate rollouts across multiple domestic and international sites. This role works closely with enterprise cybersecurity, engineering, creative teams, and vendors.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in OT / ICS environments (industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs)
- Cybersecurity experience specific to OT, not just enterprise IT
- Experience supporting cybersecurity audits and closing remediation findings
- Experience writing and maintaining cybersecurity policies
- Hands-on technical background (engineering, security, systems)
- Experience deploying or supporting security tools or controls
- Ability to lead initiatives and coordinate stakeholders without formal people management
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Willingness to travel 25–30%, including international travel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Theme park or themed entertainment experience (rides, attractions, control systems)
- Critical infrastructure background (manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, power)
- Experience with IEC 62443 or other OT security frameworks
- Blended technical + program management background
- Global deployment experience across multiple sites or regions
- Vendor and third-party security coordination
- Experience with intrusion detection systems (IDS) or similar OT security tools
