Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a senior Program Manager to support a combination of business-as-usual initiatives and a large-scale enterprise tooling project led by a third-party consulting partner. This role will focus on managing regulatory and project-based workstreams in a primarily Waterfall environment, requiring strong structure, governance, and execution discipline. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and driving delivery through established project management frameworks. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with Clarity PPM, Jira, and Confluence, along with exposure to AI-driven initiatives at a program level. This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners, requiring strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale, enterprise-level programs.
Proven experience managing both BAU initiatives and large tooling or transformation projects simultaneously.
Strong experience working within a Waterfall delivery environment, with preference for candidates who have primarily operated in Hybrid frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM for project and portfolio management.
Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Exposure to AI-related initiatives or programs (high-level understanding is sufficient).
Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience working at a top-tier consulting firm.
Experience working within large financial institutions or top 5 banks.
Exposure to large-scale enterprise tooling implementations led by external vendors or consulting partners.
