Job Description
This FP&A Analyst will work cross-functionally with multiple teams across Princess, partnering closely with operational, finance, and leadership groups to support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning efforts. Day to day, they’ll be gathering and analyzing financial data, building and maintaining models, and helping teams understand their financial performance to drive better decision-making. This role requires someone who is proactive and takes ownership—jumping into conversations, identifying gaps, and pushing work forward—along with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and a strong work ethic to keep up in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis
• Very strong Excel skills (modeling, forecasting, large datasets)
Experience using financial systems with AI capabilities OR leveraging AI tools to support forecasting, budgeting, or financial analysis
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Power BI or similar data visualization tool experience
Experience in the cruise line or hospitality industry
