Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AI Project Analyst to join a critical project with one of the largest consulting and advisory firms in the world. This individual will support a large-scale public sector transformation initiative by combining hands-on AI automation work with core PMO execution. The role will initially focus on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate staffing and onboarding workflows, with expansion into financial and reporting automation over time. In parallel, the analyst will support PMO operations to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and operational efficiency across multiple workstreams within a State of California program environment.
Responsibilities include:
Design and implement AI agent–based solutions to automate staffing and onboarding processes
Identify, prioritize, and expand automation opportunities across operational and financial workflows
Support automation of work orders, completion reports, invoicing readiness, and financial reporting
Own and maintain PMO artifacts, toolkits, staffing resources, and onboarding documentation
Draft and finalize program reports and leadership-facing materials
Manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint access, provisioning, and governance
Facilitate staffing, leadership, and resource management meetings with structured agendas and follow-ups
Support PMO planning activities, including continuous process improvement initiatives
Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide visibility into mitigation strategies
Contribute to culture, engagement, and collaboration initiatives across program teams

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analyst, PMO, or project support roles
1–2 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or automation tools (e.g., Claude or similar)
Experience supporting operational, staffing, or delivery-focused programs
Strong experience with documentation, reporting, and artifact management (3+ years)
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (2+ years)
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to financial process automation, invoicing workflows, or reporting automation
West coast based
