Job Description
We are supporting a large-scale banking merger integration between Synovus and Pinnacle Bank and are hiring Business Analysts to support execution of business requirements and conversion readiness across multiple banking domains.
This role sits within the Integration Management Office (IMO), partnering across business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and ready for production conversion.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong background in financial services / banking
• Experience in M&A or system integration projects
• Experience in one of the following domains: Lending, Treasury & Commercial Product, Consumer & Commercial Digital, Retail Banking, Payments, Credit Cards
• Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, data mapping, UAT

• Exposure to Integration Management Office (IMO) environments
