Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect to sit remotely in either AZ, CO, or CA. This individual will play a critical role in shaping technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities, owning the full solution lifecycle from discovery through design validation and deal progression.
This person will partner closely with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver scalable, outcome-driven solutions aligned to client business objectives. As a senior technical leader, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients while also mentoring junior architects and engineers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, multi-practice discovery sessions focused on aligning technical solutions to business outcomes
• Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
• Identify and drive cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
• Ensure architectural alignment across practices by defining cohesive solutions and clear execution plans
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and technical positioning
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)
• Act as a senior technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle
• Mentor Client Solutions Architects (CSAs) and engineers on best practices for discovery, solution design, and consultative selling
• Contribute to development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement materials
• Represent the organization in senior-level client engagements, including workshops and executive briefings
• Complete required security awareness training and comply with all company policies
• Identify and escalate security risks and support remediation efforts in partnership with leadership
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Health, dental, vision and 401k benefits are provided in this position. The salary ranges from $200k-$275 based on experience and location.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
• Experience with a variety of technology and OEM vendors (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, etc.)
• Proven experience designing and selling complex, multi-domain enterprise solutions
• Strong consultative discovery skills with the ability to guide client decision-making
• Hands-on experience across at least two core technology areas (e.g., networking, cloud, security, data center, or platform engineering)
• Ability to independently manage complex, technical sales cycles
• Must be based in the United States and located in Southern California (or willing to relocate)
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Relevant OEM certifications (Cisco, AWS, Azure, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Experience working within a multi-practice or consulting-led sales organization
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members
• Exposure to creating reusable architectures or solution frameworks
