Job Title: Document Digitization Specialist (Contract)
Location: Allendale, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 6–8 Week Contract
Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Document Digitization Specialist to support a short-term project focused on converting physical records into organized digital files. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks, highly organized, and able to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
• Scan high volumes of paper documents and convert them into digital files
• Accurately name, label, and save files according to standardized naming conventions
• Organize digital documents into appropriate folders and systems for easy access
• Review scanned documents to ensure quality, completeness, and readability
• Maintain organization of physical files before and after scanning
• Handle documents with confidentiality and care, ensuring proper data handling procedures
• Follow established processes to maintain consistency across all records
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative, data entry, or document control work preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume tasks for extended periods
• Basic computer skills, including file management and folder organization
• Highly organized and able to follow structured processes
• Reliable and able to work onsite 5 days per week

Compensation: $23-25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
