Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager with deep experience in hyperscale data center construction to lead large-scale, mission-critical projects. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical scopes—from preconstruction through commissioning—while driving execution across multiple phases, trades, and stakeholders.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects involving critical power systems.
Salary Range - $160k/year up to $205k/year

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- 5+ years supporting data center or mission-critical projects
Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical scopes ($100M+ preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
- Critical power infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS)
- NEC codes, electrical systems, and commissioning processes [linkedin.com]
- Experience managing fast-paced, multi-phase hyperscale environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and field teams simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with hyperscale clients (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.)
