Job Description

We are seeking two Senior Accountants to join a high-volume, fast-paced finance team supporting research grants and contracts. These roles are part of a dedicated close-out function responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and invoicing for a complex portfolio of research funding.
This position requires a high level of independence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to meet strict reporting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-Minimum 1+ year of grants accounting experience, specifically in post-award and close-out functions
-Experience preparing federal financial reports (e.g., SF-425)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
