Onsite Role
4 days/10 hour shift Monday - Thursday
Must be able to obtain a Q Clearance

The Preventive Maintenance Tech/ Planner is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of preventive and condition-based maintenance activities across the facility. This role is critical to improving equipment reliability, ensuring safe execution of maintenance work, and optimizing maintenance strategies. The Maintenance Tech/Planner partners closely with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Supervisors to develop comprehensive work packages, manage job planning logistics, and drive continuous improvement of maintenance programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience & Background
- Associates degree
- 3–10+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment (technician, lead, or planner role)
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems

Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of maintenance practices and equipment operations
- Advanced experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (SAP preferred)
- Ability to develop detailed work packages and maintenance plans

Safety Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures, specifically Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Experience incorporating safety protocols into maintenance planning
