Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support high-volume onboarding and HR operations for specialized clinical talent. This role will primarily focus on managing the end-to-end pre-employment process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, particularly within niche clinical service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle onboarding for 30–50 new hires per month, ensuring all candidates are cleared and ready for day one
Coordinate and track all pre-employment requirements, including:
Drug screenings
Background checks
New hire documentation
Maintain consistent communication with new hires to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements
Process candidates into internal systems and ensure accurate entry into the HRIS platform
Facilitate a smooth transition to start by verifying all onboarding steps are completed prior to hire date
Support broader HR functions, including:
Processing terminations and employee status changes in HRIS
Completing employment verifications
Assisting with unemployment claims and related documentation

Required Skills & Experience
1.5–2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, onboarding, or HR operations role
Hands-on experience with:
HRIS systems
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proven ability to manage high-volume onboarding workflows with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, especially in holding candidates accountable to deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Taleo and Peoplesoft (old versions)
Bachelors degree
Healthcare experience
