A skilled and motivated Staff Engineer I is sought to join a growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack .NET engineer who delivers high quality solutions within a defined domain, contributes effectively to team initiatives, and continues to grow technical depth and ownership. This role emphasizes strong execution, collaboration, and developing design and mentoring skills.
As a Staff Engineer I, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and secure applications within a defined technical domain. You will work independently on moderately complex problems, support CI/CD efforts, and collaborate closely with teammates and cross functional partners. This role serves as a progression point toward deeper technical leadership and broader ownership.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in full stack web development with a focus on the .NET framework
• Solid experience with C# and ASP.NET
• Working knowledge of front end technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, REST, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong SQL Server fundamentals
• Experience with API development
• Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking environments
• Experience with low code / no code or workflow tools
• Interest in mentoring and growing toward technical leadership
