Job Description
Works with the Retail Technology team to deliver iOS-based tools that enhance in-store educator and guest experiences. This role partners with Product Managers and Engineering to translate business needs into actionable backlog items and drive execution from concept through launch.
Day to Day
Manage and prioritize the product backlog with Product and Engineering
Break down roadmap items into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead sprint activities (planning, standups, refinement, retros, demos)
Act as the main point of contact for engineers, answering questions and removing blockers
Translate business needs into clear, buildable requirements
Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early
Partner with QA to validate work and ensure quality
Coordinate releases and support post-launch enhancements
Ensure features align to defined success metrics and business outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in Product Owner, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery roles
Experience working directly with engineering teams in sprint environments
Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into detailed user stories
Technical understanding (APIs, integrations, data flows; AWS is a plus)
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Ownership mindset and accountability
Entrepreneurial and solutions-focused
Honest, clear communicator
Collaborative and relationship-driven
Positive, energetic, and adaptable
