Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Framing Foreman to join a client in the commercial construction industry. This individual will lead framing crews while actively working in the field as a true working foreman. Daily responsibilities include performing detailed layout, interpreting blueprints, snapping lines, and guiding metal framing installation. The Framing Foreman will operate independently with minimal oversight while coordinating closely with superintendents and subcontractors. This role requires maintaining strict safety standards, including OSHA and fall protection compliance, especially at extreme heights. The Framing Foreman will also assist with oversight of subcontractor performance and overall jobsite productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

• Metal framing experience
• Strong layout ability including blueprint reading, snap lines, and wall placement
• Hands-on “working foreman” mentality (actively working in the field)
• OSHA 10 certification
• Fall protection knowledge
• Comfortable working at extreme heights (Up to ~400 ft)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience running crews independently
• Large commercial or industrial project experience
• Willingness to travel around central Florida
• PlanGrid experience (or willingness to learn)
• High-rise or vertical construction experience
• Multi-crew leadership exposure
