Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Installer to lead installation and start-up of Fire Alarm, Security, and Building Automation systems on larger commercial projects. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role ideal for experienced installers who can run jobs, oversee teams, and execute projects from install through final certification.
• Lead installation, programming, start-up, and certification of low-voltage systems
• Execute Fire Alarm, Security, and Building Automation installs on complex projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system designs
• Install conduit, cable pathways (J-hooks, raceway), and full system wiring
• Supervise and mentor junior installers on job sites
• Perform system check-outs, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to customer specifications
• Provide customer walkthroughs and basic training upon completion

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7+ YOE in electrical or low-voltage installation
• Strong experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Proven experience installing conduit, cabling, and support systems
• Ability to lead installs and oversee other technicians
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with hand and power tools
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• NICET II+
• Journeyman Electrician License
• Experience with Fire Alarm & Life Safety systems
