Job Description
We are seeking a detail oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a client’s recruiting team during the initial stages of the hiring process. This role will focus on candidate screening coordination, interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the initial screening phase of the recruitment process by coordinating candidate pipelines and assisting with early stage interview logistics
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
• Track candidate progress through the hiring process and ensure all steps are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain recruiting data and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks
• Ensure the overall hiring process runs smoothly, meeting timelines and service expectations
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the talent acquisition team as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Experience scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Comfortable working with ATS platforms and calendar management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience supporting high volume or pipeline based hiring
• Familiarity with corporate hiring processes and interview workflows
• Pune based candidates strongly preferred
