Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid BA/BSA) for a top financial‑services client. This consultant will serve as a critical bridge between business operations, product, and technology teams, supporting complex C&I lending, deposit, and escrow‑based products. The role focuses on designing and enhancing end‑to‑end workflows across customer and operations portals, integrating third‑party platforms, and ensuring data integrity across banking systems. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working across multiple systems, and excels at translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements while driving scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Banking, financial services, or fintech experience
Hands‑on experience with deposit operations, lending, or escrow products
6+ years business analysis + systems analysis background
Ability to translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Experience supporting multi‑system integrations and complex workflows
Strong understanding of operational workflows, data structures, and system dependencies
UAT planning and execution experience
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with C&I loan products
Exposure to escrow products (business escrow, real‑estate escrow, M&A transition accounts, stock‑vesting escrows)
Experience with customer and operations portals
Familiarity with TS Partners / TransStar
Experience integrating DocuSign or other document‑automation tools
Experience leveraging automation or AI in workflow design
Ledger, shareholder, or participant onboarding experience
