Responding to time‑sensitive issues, including emergency filings created by client situations or court orders
Handling high‑emotion client interactions with professionalism, discipline, and clear legal guidance
Conducting and managing discovery, including document review, responses, and coordination with opposing counsel
Maintaining direct client communication—setting expectations, providing updates, and navigating emotionally charged situations
Supporting motion practice from start to finish: strategy, drafting, filing, and argument preparation
Working closely with paralegals and support staff while remaining hands‑on with substantive legal work
Quickly shifting priorities as calendars change and urgent issues arise
