Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Consultant who will lead the development, sale, and execution of complex energy and building infrastructure projects within a defined regional area. This role partners closely with sales and engineering teams to shape solutions, secure contracts, and deliver projects profitably. The consultant owns project financials, schedules, resource planning, and customer satisfaction from early pursuit through construction completion. The position serves as a senior client-facing leader, managing subcontractors, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring safety, compliance, and execution excellence. Travel within the assigned geography is required to support customers, partners, and active project sites.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of construction or installation industry experience
- Five or more years in a leadership or management capacity
- Experience with HVAC, mechanical, or energy-related construction projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong financial acumen and project management expertise
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, and project management systems
